Here are some books that will help guide our discussions this week:
We are learning about animals that hibernate, migrate, camoflage and adapt to meet their needs in winter. Students are SO excited to learn new vocabulary and find out about animals. Here is a link to a story you can read at home: http://www.kizclub.com/storytime/winteranimals/winteranimals.html .
During Reading, we will continue to study characters in a series to see how they change throughout individual stories and in each book. Amelia Bedelia is a favorite because she is SO SILLY in all of her books!
